Founded in 2023 and built on 25 years of hands-on table base manufacturing, Vialeg is an Istanbul-based manufacturer specialising in high-performance table bases for the HORECA sector. Operating from our production facility in İkitelli OSB, Atatürk Oto Sanayi Sitesi, 5. Sokak No:124, Başakşehir, Istanbul 34494, we design and build every product in-house — from raw material selection through precision welding, finishing, and final quality control. Our vertically integrated process gives architects, purchasing managers, and hospitality operators direct access to factory-quality craftsmanship without intermediaries.
With a catalogue of over 140 models spanning wood, metal, cast iron, composite, and designer categories, we serve projects of every scale — from boutique cafés to large-scale hotel refurbishments. Each base is engineered to meet the demands of commercial use: load-tested, finished to specification, and available in custom dimensions to fit any table top. Our minimum order of just 10 units makes us equally accessible to independent venues and multinational chains.
Today Vialeg exports to more than 50 countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and beyond. A young company built by people who are not
Vialeg was founded in 2023. The people running it have been making table bases for twenty-five years. Both of those facts matter, and we would rather state them together than let one imply the other.
What the twenty-five years bought is knowledge that does not appear in a catalogue: which weld positions fail after two years of chairs knocking against them, why a base plate that looks generous on a drawing still rocks on a tiled floor, how a powder coat behaves differently on cast iron than on fabricated steel. What the new company allows is the freedom to work the way we think this trade should work — small minimum orders, honest lead times, and a straight answer when a specification is a bad idea.
What we actually do
We manufacture table bases for commercial interiors: restaurants, cafes, hotels, canteens and contract projects. Not chairs, not tables as a whole — table bases. 140 models across six material families: wood, metal, cast iron, composite, stainless steel and our design range.
Table tops are the one thing we do not manufacture. We source them on request so that a project can be delivered as a complete table rather than two separate purchases, but we are not going to claim a production line we do not have.
Capacity and lead times
Monthly output runs between 3,000 and 5,000 units depending on model complexity — simpler fabricated bases at the upper end, intricate design pieces at the lower. Metal models are held in stock and dispatched within 10 days. Everything else is made to order in 25 working days.
For a European buyer, the practical comparison is with Far East supply: 45 to 60 days of production followed by 30 to 40 days at sea, against 25 working days of production followed by 5 to 10 days by road. Roughly three months against four to seven weeks. When an opening date is already fixed, that gap is the entire decision.
Where we ship
Our established export markets are Germany, France, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Iraq, the United States and Canada. We name them rather than quoting a country count, because a buyer wants to know whether goods have cleared their customs before, not how many flags fit on a map.

The low minimums are deliberate. A designer fitting out one restaurant with forty covers should not have to order five hundred bases to get the base the room needs, and a distributor should be able to test a model before committing a container to it.
What we are working on
We are honest about where we are. We are currently taking the range through EN 15372 testing — the European standard for the strength, durability and safety of non-domestic tables — and building out downloadable CAD files for specifiers. Both are in progress rather than finished. If either is required for your project, ask us where it stands and we will tell you the truth rather than a date we cannot hold.
